I know I have. Then again I am a creative writer so I'm always thinking of ideas for fanfic and orginal fiction stories. I did come up with a nick bounty game plot but it's probably not that good.

All the time actress19, but Mark Darin hasn’t shown any interest in making them yet...

Zordon! Your ideas are awesome! But you story is far too epic to be contained in a single game! Plus capturing your stylistic art style would require an animation budget of no less than one billion dollars! We have already hired a couple of small countries to work on this magnificent work of media, but I'm afraid it still wont be ready for several centuries. Hopefully by then mankind would have evolved enough to truly understand your vision.

A Case of the Crabs was originally intended as a movie. For those who don't know, the character was created when I was in High School. My friends and I made low budget movies with cheap video equipment. Many years later I had a script idea, but none of my friends lived near me anymore, so I had no actors. Instead of letting the story go to waste, I decided to learn Flash and turn it into a game. I picked Flash so that it could be played in a web browser because I knew my friends would be too lazy to actually download and install the game!
And history was made!

wow that's so cool! I give you kudos for coming up with an idea and making it happen. I usually have plenty of ideas for stuff I'd like to do I just need to work on the getting myself to make it happen part.
